Here are some of the animals that are available for you to sponsor.
They have all been rescued by SCAT over the years and each, for their own reasons, are not available for rehoming.
However, that doesn't stop you from helping us to care for them. You can sponsor any of the animals on this page for just £10 per year, for each animal.

CHARLIE is a 4 year old blue and white male. He has been with SCAT since before he was born. His mother was brought in, heavily pregnant & not very well. The kittens were born at SCAT and CHARLIE adopted Pip immediately. He loves to greet the visitors at our Long Stratton site. His favourite position is to drape around peoples necks, especially if they are trying to work !

FELIX is a very handsome black and white male cat.
He lives at SCAT headquarters in Hellesdon, but likes to put in an appearance on the SCAT Calendars !
He came to SCAT when he was dropped over the gate, wearing a collar which was much too small for his neck, with the cat FELIX on it, hence his name.

MAGGIE is a very pretty black and white long haired female cat.
She lives at SCAT headquarters in Hellesdon, with FELIX, but also likes to put in an appearance on the SCAT Calendars !

ICE is a stunning Siberian Husky female, who is 1 year old.
She was given to SCAT at just 6 weeks old, as her previous owners, who were not her breeders, decided that they could not cope with having a puppy, after purchasing her.
She can be rather shy with strangers, but we are working on that.
She cannot be trusted with Cats and other small animals, which is why she is not available for rehoming.

YIANNIS.Unfortuanaly yiannis died on Christmas day 2005.

OLLIE is a rather sad looking parrot. He came to SCAT in July 2002. His previous owners were not familiar with keeping parrots. He was kept in a cage that was too small and given no mental stimulation. As a result, he started plucking his feathers out. Unfortunately, he had been doing this for so long, that he will probably never stop.
He now lives at SCAT headquarters in Hellesdon.

SPLODGE Died of old age this year.

Mr. Nibbles is no longer with us he passed to the big Warren in the sky.

All of the animals shown, have a story to tell, some sad, some shocking, but they are all true.
When sponsoring any of the them, you will receive a story of how we got to SCAT and a photograph of your chosen animal.
Sponsoring an animal will help maintain the rescue work of
